day two.

It’s day two now. I’m already like tweaking tweaking. Because I feel like I’m somehow not doing enough? Even though like….. What the fuck am I supposed to even do? Is there really even anything I need to be doing?

I’m following a new patient, technically, though I haven’t laid eyes on her yet. I’m going to like... try taking initiative and stuff. I can start by looking at the patient. I’ll go do that right now. Let’s go. Good. writing as thinking = still best strat.
