Free will doesn't exist.

It’s all particles, just like b▒▒▒ g▒▒▒▒ was saying. We didn’t choose these particles. This innate sense of peace, this is what it’s all afuckingbout, dude, cuz without that innate sense of peace, you can’t really STOP and stay there in one place. you can’t fully exist there, in one spot, without thinking about ANY kind of way you need to get out of this particular situation. Until there is that literal INNATE peace with everything, with the whole thing, that allows one to stay completely put, completely still, you won't see HOW MUCH GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKING ELSE there is going on outside of you and your selfish worldly concerns. It’s selfish to be so concerned with yourself and your own survival. Selfishness is not a virtuous trait, and it is, at the same time, a privilege to not have to be selfish——just like it’s a privilege to be "non-violent." It’s a privilege to be peaceful, it’s a privilege to be unselfish, it’s a privilege to stay where you are, to plant yourself in one place. cyclic existence But you plant yourself there, you take up that space in the world and offer it back whatever you can. Maybe you’ll offer it devotion, or something more substantial. But the peace, the peace, I think, comes from being like a tree, and being like a tree means putting down roots. Violence, dude, violence..... there’s a certain violence in just existing. You’re taking up shit that other things want. I’m using all this blood, and the mosquitos want it, too, so they take it from me, but it brings me pain and suffering if I let it. If I let it, the pain can turn into suffering. It’s a tenuous relationship with enlightenment, or at least the eightfold path. I take some detours, but when I get too far off the road, I just start looking for signs. I feel it asking me to return to it, so I return to it. So I return to it! And it’s part of the young human thing. I think I gotta shake that off. The young human in me wants to get off the path and explore what else is out there, but it’s kinda uninhabitable out there, isn’t it? Where there’s a path, there is a human pheromone trail of sorts that others dare not violate. I think there is something sacred about following in thousands of years of footsteps. Buddhism is an ancient philosophy, but its principles are still experienced as truth to those who learn them. one long path No monk ever got fucked over. You can’t fuck over a monk. They’ve made themselves unfuckoverable, and that unfouckoverability is immortalizing. You become immortal when you realize that nothing can kill "you" because "you" is already nonexistent. Remember? Complex chemical interactions? Extremely complex mechanismssmsmsmsmsmsmssmss happening trillions of times throughout this thing that is "your body," this thing that you dare disrespect, this thing that asks you for exactly what it wants and needs, nicely, kindly, and when you feeed it, when you feeeed the soft animal inside of you, when you feeed that soft animal, when you feeeed the soft animal, you are on the right track. remember

You will have no choice

but to bow your head in reverence of something that your body knew first and which your mind is still trying to grab. "What is it? What are we revering?" And as soon as the conscious "mind" gets on the same page, it sorta ruins the party for everyone else, doesn’t it? I think it’s okay to show the fruits of devotion, because mycorrhizal networks do it too. Mushrooms are just the fruits of the beautiful consciousness under there. denature
